Importance of Health and Wellbeing in the Real Estate Industry
Health and Wellbeing in Real Estate
The business of real estate is highly competitive and demands irregular working hours. While delivering a great service to our clients is vital, our success is only possible through the commitment and passion of our people. The importance of staff health, wellbeing and culture in our work environment aims to support our people so they can be at their best.
We all know that sometimes, in the rush to meet a deadline or get to that meeting, we forget that our minds and bodies aren’t machines. As we work hard and try to deal with stress long term, the results can be damaging, not only for our overall wellbeing but the productivity of the workplace too.
Our focus on wellness in the workplace isn’t just a nice thing to do. When people are treated well, and the work environment allows for time to breathe and relax, we are all more productive, happier and more likely to succeed and stay in that environment, equaling less staff turnover and a robust working atmosphere.

To my readers, if you have any suggestions around building culture, health and wellness iniatives or maybe an implementation in your workplace that has been beneficial, we would love to hear from you!
