Tenant Evaluation

As a premium property specialist, we recognise that our clients expect potential tenants to be of high calibre. Accordingly, we vet all potential tenants against stringent criteria. This minimises the risk of issues, and ultimately assists in delivering long-term tenancy agreements. All tenants are compiled and added to our prospective tenant database to ensure that when a property is listed, it can be marketed to a target audience if required.

Landlords are invited to attend all inspections carried out in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act. Detailed written reports including photographs are provided after each inspection of the property.
