A fourth-generation Geelong local and graduate of Geelong College, James brings extensive experience in the property market combined with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and a strategic, results-driven approach to our Residential Sales team. His career has been built around sales, relationships, and understanding what motivates people.

Prior to real estate, James spent several years in building and landscaping supplies, giving him practical insight into homes, construction, and what adds value to a property. Having competed at a high level in basketball, he draws parallels between sport and real estate: each property presents a different challenge, requiring a tailored strategy, careful preparation, and the ability to adapt.

Outside of work, James shares life in Geelong with his wife, their children and their Groodle, Bob.
