Backed by a Bachelor of Business with a major in Event Management, she has developed hands-on experience coordinating events, managing bookings, and supporting the day-to-day operations of busy venues. Her front-of-house roles in hospitality and events have strengthened her organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle correspondence and client needs with confidence and care.

Known for her approachable manner, proactive attitude, and clear communication, Lauren thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering seamless support to both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Lauren is a proud cat mum, a passionate Geelong Cats supporter, and a keen tennis player. She also enjoys discovering new restaurants and spending time with family and friends along the beautiful Surf Coast.
