Highly organised and detail-oriented, she takes great pride in her work and has a natural ability to tailor her communication style to create genuine, personable connections with individuals.

Molly’s background includes administration and negotiation roles within the real estate industry, as well as university experience in Oxford, UK. She is committed to maintaining a high standard of work and delivering exceptional service in every interaction. Although new to Geelong, Molly is a quick learner and is eager to contribute her skills and knowledge to the Gartland team.

Outside of work, Molly is an avid traveller who loves discovering new places, foods, and cultures. She also enjoys walking, going to the gym, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with friends and family.
