Tenisha has built a diverse professional background across the childcare and hospitality industries, developing strong skills in communication, customer service and problem solving. During four years working in childcare centres and as a private nanny, alongside five years in hospitality across restaurants and events, she gained valuable experience in organisation, patience and creating positive experiences for the people she works with.

Over the past year, Tenisha has transitioned into the real estate industry and now works as a Field Officer with Gartland. In this role, she brings her people-focused approach and strong attention to detail, helping ensure a smooth and professional experience for clients while supporting the wider team.

Outside of work, Tenisha enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to music and exploring new restaurants. She also loves being outdoors, whether that’s taking long walks along the beach or by the river.
